Books number: 31

demography Population studies or demography is a branch of sociology and human geography, based on a scientific study of the characteristics of the population represented in size, distribution, density, composition, ethnicity, components of growth (reproduction, mortality, migration) - rates of disease, economic and social conditions, age and sex ratios, income level, and so on. in one of the regions. Population studies aim to find out why families own the number of their children, the reasons affecting the increase in mortality rates, the reasons for migration and geographical distribution. That knowledge is necessary to determine current and future human needs. Population studies represent the primary way to understand human society. In addition to verifying the number of people in a particular area, they determine and explain why this number has increased or decreased from the previous statistic. Studies also estimate future tendencies for population change.
