كتاب جغرافيا العالم الإسلامى pdf تأليف د. محمد خميس الزوكة، تمتد الأراضي الإسلامية بين نصفي الكرة الأرضية، يشغل العالم الاسلامي كتلة متصلة من الأراضي تتمثل في عدة أقاليم جغرافيا وسط وغربي وجنوب غرب آسيا، وشمال وغربي ووسط ومظم شرقي أفريقيا، ولا يفصل بين هذه الكتلة الأرضية سوى مسطحات مائية محدودة ومعنى هذا أن معظم الأراضي الإسلامية تتصف بميزة الامتداد والاتصال الأرضي، وهي من سمات القوة الاستراتيجية وخاصة أنه لا توجد عوائق طبيعية ضخمة تفصل بين إقليم إسلامي وآخر باستثناء المسطحات الصحراوية التي يمكن اجتيازها بوسائل النقل الحديثة.
