Ali Muhammad Muhammad al-Sallabi (born 1963, Benghazi, Libya) is a Libyan jurist, writer, historian, and political analyst. He has many books. He participated in the historical review committee and the text audit of the Omar series. Ali al-Sallabi and his brother Ismail were placed on terrorist lists in Saudi Arabia, Libya, the UAE, Egypt and Bahrain. He obtained an international degree (Bachelor's) from the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion from the University of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, with an excellent grade, and was the first in his class in 1413/1414 AH corresponding to 1992/93AD. He received a master's degree from Omdurman Islamic University - Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion, Department of Interpretation and Qur'anic Sciences in 1417 AH / 1996 AD. He then obtained a doctorate in Islamic studies with his book The Fiqh of Empowerment in the Noble Qur’an. Islamic University of Omdurman in Sudan in 1999.
