Narjis Habib Saba or Mama Narjis, "The Green Grape Pin", is the author of the most famous modern cookbook, "Cooking is Science and Art". Mama Narges is one of the first female graduates of the Higher Institute of Education and Arts (1944-1945 AD, by estimation). She is a professor of food sciences at the Faculty of Home Economics, Helwan University. She assumed the chair of the Nutrition Department at the Faculty of Specific Education, Ain Shams University in the nineties of the last century.
